Algona, Iowa
Algona is a city in Kossuth County, Iowa, in the United States. As of the 2020 census, the city population was 5,487. It is the county seat of Kossuth County.
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Algona from 1870 until 1980, with a line now operated by the Iowa, Chicago and Eastern.
